Numismatics
As a long-standing member of the Association of Swiss Professional Numismatists (VSBN), we not only serve and support a diverse clientele from all over the world, but have also made it our goal to make as much information as possible freely available to anyone interested. We offer an unparalleled overview of all Swiss banknotes and coins from the Helvetic Republic (1798) to the present day, featuring thousands of prices and images.
ith great success! Every year, well over two million people visit the website www.schweizergeld.ch – including members of the general public who want to find out the value of their treasures, dealers, advanced collectors and, of course, our valued customers, who can use this system to order missing coins or banknotes easily.
The website is continuously updated with new information; for example, in 2018, all coins and banknotes from the Principality of Liechtenstein were catalogued.
Of course, this project has never been free to produce and maintain – it is funded by all our loyal customers who place their trust in us when buying or selling their treasures. We are renowned well beyond Switzerland’s borders not only for offering what is probably the widest selection of Swiss coins and banknotes, but also for continuously expanding this selection through purchases of both small and large collections.
Please visit our page with information regarding the purchase of coins, medals and banknotes.
